Money-back guarantee policy

1. Money-back guarantee rules

Besides the refund rights you have under applicable law, if you bought directly on our website and the money-back option was shown to you at checkout, you can receive a voluntary refund, provided that you email us at support@textyy.com within 30 days of your initial purchase and before your first subscription period ends, and give reasons and evidence for the refund that are not personal or financial (for example, the content was defective or completely inaccurate), as described below.

Once you contact us, we will review your request and let you know by email whether it is approved.

2. Important statement

Please note that only meeting all of the requirements above entitles you to a full voluntary refund under the "Money-back guarantee". To be clear, the "Money-back guarantee" does not apply in the following cases:

• Personal reasons (you don't like the product, it didn't meet your expectations, etc.);
• Financial reasons (you didn't expect to be charged, that a trial would turn into a subscription, that the subscription would renew automatically, or that the service is paid, etc.).

3. General refund rules

As a rule, if you don't meet the conditions above, the fees you have paid can be refunded only under the conditions set out in this Money-back guarantee policy.

Note for EU residents: if you live in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from an agreement to buy digital content free of charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days of the date the agreement was made. The right of withdrawal does not apply if performance of the agreement began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS CONFIRM YOUR PURCHASE AND THE PURCHASE HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU. Therefore, you will not be entitled to a refund unless the digital content is defective.
